The investment is being carried out by investing in Convertible Debentures. The Debenture carries a promise of payment to the investor; of a fixed coupon rate 12% pa payable on a quarterly basis. A further share of profit in venture at close is expected to provide a further yield of around 15 - 20% per annum.
