Development structures

Rental yield structures
Typically involves purchasing a building or buildings which have (i) high rental yields (ii) proven track record of high occupancy and (iii) located in area of strong capital growth opportunity.
Single Purpose Vehicles (SPV's)
We strucure our investments by setting up an SPV which owns the venture. Investors can then participate via investing in 'participating debentures' in the SPV. Participating Debentures offer maximum security (for investors) whilst allowing minimum tax burden for the SPV which translates into stronger returns to investors.
