Scandinavian Property launch a fantastic 3 year development project offering excellent returns via a structure that enables high yield returns on an annual basis.

17.5% guaranteed return per annum (paid annually). This is a closed end opportunity over 3 years. After the 3 years the principal will be paid to the investors plus all and any remaining dividends.

This investment is facilitated through a fixed coupon debenture. The debentures are non-participating, without voting rights and carry a promise to pay the holder a fixed annual dividend of 17.5%.

Scandinavian Property has planning permission for 48 houses, with 5 suites/apartments in each house, totaling 240 apartments. Each individual plot offers superb mountain views and the added benefit of ski in-ski out facilities.
